O.A.S.I.S. C.C.G. is a collectible card game in development where your students become time travelers who
seek to accumulate enough lore points to solve the problems of their own timeline. They accomplish this by reading books and collecting cards to improve their decks by attaining learning
goals/completing coursework. It ends up being a motivational tool, as well as meeting Common Core content standards involving reading informational text (RI 8.1), argumentation based on textual evidence (SL 8.1), and analyzing characters and elements of plot (RL8.3). This game has been extensively (and successfully) prototyped in an actual classroom setting over the course of two years. We run single
